2026 Child Sponsors Trip Schedule

World Vision organises yearly trips for our child sponsors to meet their sponsored child(ren) and gain a deeper understanding of our work. Please note: Trips for 2026 are tentatively scheduled. Dates may change due to local circumstances.

Event

Global 6K for Water 2026

20 July 2026 to 30 November 2026 | Virtual 

Global 6K for Water in Singapore is a virtual run, walk and hike event that invites participants to walk in the shoes of children who journey 6 KM every day for water. By running, walking or hiking, participants raise awareness and rally support to help bring clean, safe water closer to home for vulnerable communities.

Preparation

A pre-trip briefing session will be held for all trippers. A World Vision Singapore trip leader will provide insights into what you may expect.

Each trip requires a minimum of 10 persons to proceed and is subject to a maximum capacity depending on the terrain of each locale.
